A little about your Instructor Julie Proud!
Julie has always had a passion for music, dance, exercise and lives a very active outdoor lifestyle. She embarked on a journey 12 months ago and took a dive into the unknown completing a 150hr Barre Body Teaching program in Melbourne. Never having had any exposure in the industry before and coming from a medical background, she found herself quite outside her “Comfort Zone”.
She was surrounded by a group of young energetic women with a background in Yoga/ Pilates and Ballet. Determination & Success was in her vision. After many hours of intense teaching & practice, she finally prepared for her assessment and achieved an outstanding result, enabling her to finally embark on her dream to open her new studio at home.
She is very excited to have the opportunity to share her passion of this new fusion of Pilates/Yoga & Ballet techniques in a one hour class, full of fun, enthusiasm, laughs, and of course a great work out!
She hopes that this class brings you the same results & joy it has done for her.
